Captain Joey Amico welcomes you to join us at Twisted Seas Charters for your next on the water adventure. Born and raised in SWFL, Capt. Joey has over 20 years experience navigating and fishing the waters of the Gulf coast of Florida. Specializing in inshore and near shore coastal fishing, he has a passion for sharing his love of the water with others and educating clients on Florida's most precious resource in order to preserve it for many generations to come.

Fishing Charters
Hop aboard our custom 23' Dorado center console for the ultimate fishing experience. Launching from Pineland Marina in Bokeelia FL, we will be fishing the inshore waters near Pine Island Sound and Charlotte harbor. Target species include but are not limited to Snook, Redfish, Trout, Sheepshead, Snapper, Sharks and Tarpon (spring and summer). When weather permits, we have the option to venture outside the passes up to 9 miles offshore to target Grouper, Snapper, Triple Tail, Grunt and Cobia. All bait and gear will be provided as part of your trip. All you need to bring is yourself and any personal items you may need such as snacks, drinks (no glass), sunblock, ect. Stopping at one of the areas many waterside restaurants is also an option if you choose to.
Eco Tour/ Shelling Excursion
If fishing is not your thing, book an Eco tour today! These excursions provide a relaxing day on the water for you to take in all the natural beauty the SWFL waters have to offer. You will have the opportunity to spot an abundance of wildlife such as dolphin, manatee, and seabirds. The choice will be yours whether you want to just cruise the bays, stop at the beaches of our remote islands to relax or collect shells, or grab a bite to eat and a cocktail at one of many dockside restaurants.
On The Water Training Courses
Are you new to boating or recently upgraded to a different style boat and want to be confident in your abilities as a captain? Capt. Joey has experience at the helm of smaller center consoles up to large multi engine vessels. Training courses take place on your vessel and are tailored differently to every clients needs. From understanding your boats equipment, navigating, docking, launching and loading at the ramp and general handling skills, our goal is to make you confident in your abilities to operate your vessel in order to create a safer and more enjoyable experience on the water for everyone. Rates are $600 for a full day (8 hours) one on one session. Due to many different variables in training needs, shorter or longer sessions are available and we recommend contacting by phone or email to discuss the best option that fits you.
